I exclusively offer virtual telehealth consultations. This approach ensures flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to connect with me from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most at ease.
Virtual coaching eliminates the need for travel, making it easier to fit sessions into your busy schedule. It also provides a private and secure setting, ensuring you feel comfortable sharing and working toward your wellness goals.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
For your initial consultation, it's helpful to come prepared with some information about your current health status, any specific health goals you have in mind, and any challenges or concerns you may be facing. It's also beneficial to think about what kind of support you're looking for from a health coach. This will help me better understand your needs and tailor my approach to best support you on your wellness journey. Don't worry if you don't have all the answers yet - I will guide you through the process and help you figure out the best plan for you!
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?
At this time, health coaching is not yet covered by insurance. Good news though! You can submit health and wellness coaching for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA).
